We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For smaller orders, a flat rate of $9.95 applies. Most furniture and decor items are delivered within 5-7 business days, though larger freight items may take up to 14 days.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer assembly services for furniture?

Many of our products feature easy, tool-free assembly. For larger pieces, we offer a 'White Glove Delivery' service at checkout which includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The Homestore accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm for larger home investments.

How can I track my order status?
